Re: Spouse Visa Refused Pakistan

Thank you for your replies. So I've read somewhere it only. Takes 3 months to appeal. Is that wrong? That is definitely wrong, even the luckiest appeal cases which are overturned successfully taken 5/6 months and those are so far and few between. Actual appeal teams and responses ie. getting a pass...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Maybe you should stay on those forums then. I still don't understand why you have an issue with this. No one else is complaining. No one else is complaining because they're all feeling hard done by and want to vent their anger. You should really take a look at the Naturlisation Timeline thread, pag...

Don't know why you have a chip on your shoulder but you always pop up randomly with a sly comment. You must have one sad life if you've got nothing else to do LOL Chip on my shoulder is because people can't stick to the topic. Just go to the Naturalisation forum or the ILR forum and have a look at ...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Basically I am asking do you think we will run into trouble because of this? You may run into problems because of it, but if they do reject it, you'll win on appeal if they don't refuse on any other point. To be honest, it's not the most critical mistake, but it's not a minor one either, let's hope...

Refused because they are not satisfied I meet financial requirement. Tax letter clearly states I earned 21k but they said the letter from employer doesn't state annual gross income.. Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Wife's cousin has the following time scale.

August 3 - Submitted at Lahore
Sept 9 - Ready for collection
Sept 11 - Passport with VISA collected. Visa Date Sept 2.

Seems like some people do get lucky and get processed applications quickly. The member Has0907 also had a very quick timescale.
