Yes I was actual work permit holder and was working for the same company who issued my work permit but I received my ILR on the bases of 10 years long residence as I completed 10 years before the completion of 5 years on work permit. YES, she was a work permit (non-PBS) dependant.

I received work permit before PBS was introduced.

I do meet the £18,600 criteria but the only worry is that my bank account was 0 in April (because i transferred the money in saving account),

would that make any impact on the decision of my wife's application?

Can I apply 02 Oct 2013 (15 months from the day I applied ILR) ? As long as you were in no way to blame for the delay then the answer is "Yes"! I applied ILR on 02 August 2012 and ILR received on 10 April 2013.

My MP has not done any thing, all he saying is that he will update me once he will get reply from HO, and in 2 weeks even though I chased him but he has not given me any update.

I called UKBA today after 8 months wait. I have been told that my application is in Q and need to be looked at and status is incomplete. I need to carry on waiting till a final decision is made.

Really frustrating...
