Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I just got off the phone with UKVI (helpline) re: super priority. Here is what I found out about Set(m): - It is possible for your visa to be approved in the 28 days prior to your "qualifying date" (that is the date on which you reach your time requirement in the UK). So if your qualifying date is ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Did anyone receive an email asking to submit their biometrics at a post office? I know it's probably in error but just checking if I'm alone on that one. I completed biometrics at the post office for three previous visas. Some of the bigger ones have a special desk at which to do this. Right.. but ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hello, would anyone be kind enough to copy and paste the confirmation email they got from the Home Office after using the Super Priority Service? I applied for Set (M) today in Croydon on the 5 year spouse route and got a very cryptic email from Home Office on the same day. See below: I’m pleased t...

Set(m) application and timing - confused

Hi all, I am eligible to apply for ILR Set(m) from 15 Jan 2018. My visa expires on 29 March 2018. This is my 5th visa application in total (student, PSW, Partner x2) and I am a bit thrown by the new system and finding it difficult to get advice. Maybe someone here could help? Here is the situation: ...

Where are you getting that list of documents? I don't believe that immigration wants stuff like your dad's personal bank statement or UK tenancy agreement unless they specifically ask for it. For the PSW visa, I know I didn't have to include either of those things. Look at: Policy guidance on depend...

Will you be rewarded your degree that day? You might be able to call visa services at your university and explain the situation. They might be able to pull a few strings and get you that letter a few days early.

Is she applying from within the UK or outside of the UK? Also, from what I understand her name has to be linked to the bank account for the entire 90 days. When you do eventually print off the statement, see if it shows the end of day balance rather than every transaction. If it shows the former the...

No luck here. There seem to be a number of technical issues on the site. Not sure why this is such a big problem since we want to pay a lot extra to get it done quickly.

I am trying to get an appointment, too. I spoke to someone on the phone who just said to keep trying online because a cancellation could come up. I might just do mine by post, but the problem is that you are not able to check up on your application status until SIX MONTHS have passed!! I thought tha...
