**UPDATE**

Received My Discretionary Leave for 3yrs yesterday dated for 5th of october, so in all took about a month. Not a long wait and glad now I feel free. If anyone has any questions then feel free to ask. Cheers guys

she could get an emergency travel cert/doc, she could use that to travel freely without any problems.

So today I got a letter from UKBA dated on 02/09/11 with my reference number on it saying my application has been passed to a caseworker. And they also wrote I should not call to find out the progress of my case. well does anyone knows when I should expect to hear from them again? 3-5weeks? Hopefull...
