I am confused abit, arent u suppose to do an interview as well? After the application you would receive a letter for the interview date.

Id like to know myself as well as we are planing to move to Germany. From what i know, u got the initial procedure. Rent, register and then apply for the residence card. I believe u should get health insurance before u apply for the residence card.

Unfortunately, you cant apply for a Romanian citizenship. With Romanian citizenship, you have to be residing in Romania for 5 years and together with ur spouse. YOU shouldnt be outside of Romania for more than 6 months at one time and not more than 10 months in total. But since you are an EU citizen...
