Totally agree.

This topic became useless for Timelines. Previously, these timeline topics were moderated and off-topic comments were not allowed.

No offense, but you guys have the whole forum for your discussions, instead you write all this crap to this topic.

Where is the moderator?

A lot of people got ILRs with fines for driving offences. Sushdmehta who works on this forum for much longer than Amber, clearly says that it depends on criminal record: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=120784 I don't think you have criminal record. Not only tell them you have this i...

What was the exact description of your offense? You mentioned speeding. You also mentioned unidentified driver. What does it mean? For speeding you usually get points / fines, especially if it's the first time and there were no accidents.

High possibility that they will cancel application and won't refund fee. But I would hurry to earliest test centre, pass the test and then contact them and send them test certificate, they give it on the day of the test if you pass it successfully. In the meanwhile, I would also contact UKBA and ver...

Absolutely correct. It depends on the criminal record. Most probably, wrong U turn won't affect. However, it depends what the accusation is, etc. For example, if it was U turn and drink driving was involved then it may get on criminal record. I would suggest to hire good traffic solicitor. He may me...

Great! They did not even put link to this survey on the main page in the news. So I hope they will be surprised by feedback regarding 10 Years ILR and stop this mysery of waiting for postal applications. If you read it and did not fill the survey, please do. It is very short and easy. Thanks guys an...
