Hello friends, I will have to apply for my ILR as spouse of a british citizen living in the UK in 6 months time. I will have to provide life in the UK test result and B1 english qualification (I still have the one I applied with for my FLR 2 years ago). My question is : would I be able to apply for ...

Payslip issue

Hi all, I started gathering my documents for my flr(m) application. However I noticed that my payslips show that I get paid by cash. While I do get paid by fast payment method trhough my bank account. Should this be an issue? The amounts on payslips are exactly the same paid in my account and it ...

Re: Premium Service Application

Thank you CR001 Actually there was a bug in their website. When I logged in again later yesterday I managed to log on directly to the appointment date and the IHS payment was saved. Its just a bit pricey to pay £1811 at one go. so I decided to split it in 2. that's why paid the IHS earlier than ...

Re: FLR (M) Extension success at Croydon PSC

[/quote] It is possible to book an appointment for FLR(M) early but you must ensure you have five years of residence in total after the second extension when you apply. Otherwise you won't be able to apply for ILR when the time comes as you will be short of the five year period meaning you would ...

Re: FLR (M) Extension success at Croydon PSC

Thank you for sharing your experience with us just a quick question though, your wife's visa expires on 29/04/2016 and you applied nearly 2 months in advance. do you have any idea when would the ID card start? would it be 13/02/2016 or 30/04/2016? how long before did you manage to book PSC ...

Re: FLR(M) Renewal Financial Requirement

As long as you earn over the minimum required, you are OK. The rules require that your COMBINED earnings should be £18,600.

You can apply by post 28 days before your visa expiry date.

Applying in person require using Premium Service which costs £1,050.

Re: FLR(M) application time confusion

Thanks CR001

Would it be good to use premium service on June 8th? If so, would it be a problem if there is a small shortfall to complete the 30 months mandatory period?

Thanks for the help

Re: FLR(M) application time confusion

Would using premium service help?

Any clarification would be very much appreciated
