However, I have now been offered a 50% scholarship with another one, and I would like to take it. Unfortunately due to the new rules, i wil...

Can someone please advise me accordingly. I was on PSW and was working for my company on self employed basis. Now I will be receiving my BRP soon on tier4, and I know I cannot continue to work as self employed. My plan A is to register with an umbrella company to get my wages paid. However, I would ...

Re: PSW ending and no CAS yet. Please Help!!!

I think you application will fail. You cannot state in your application that your CAS is pending!! Its a vital document. If you could call it pending than you can call every other document you do not have pending and then what? Luckily, my application did not fail. I received and forwarded my CAS a...

Where to send further documents?

Hello, Thanks in advance for reading this. I submitted my tier4 application last month without CAS and ATAS, and wrote a cover letter to the caseworker that I will supply those later when I get them. I have received acknowledgement and biometrics letter. Now I have received my CAS and ATAS, where sh...

Thank you Greenie for the prompt response. I am grateful. One more thing, assuming i get refused (which is most likely to happen), i will still be eligible to apply out of the country (with the required documents) immediately without attracting the automatic one year ban?
Thanks again

Can an application be declared invalid after biometrics?

Hello, I submitted a tier 4 application exactly 2 weeks ago, and because I did not meet the requirements (No CAS and ATAS), I was worried my application will be rejected as invalid, although my lawyer put in a cover letter stating we will send those in due time. I know I will most likely be refused,...

Am not an expert, but the guidance says you cannot apply in-country for a course that starts more than 1 month after your current visa expires. Since PSW will still be available then, why not apply for it instead when you finish your course in February? This is assuming you get your result and get a...

Can someone please advice me on what will happen to the protection under section 3c if application is denied? And subsequent appeal denied also? I am not an expert, but based on the guidance: You need to have enough money to cover the first year of your course and 9 month maintenance fee. If you are in London, you need £800 for 9 months = £7200. If you are outside London you need £600 for 9 months = £5400. This is in addition to any balance ...

PSW ending and no CAS yet. Please Help!!!

Ok. So I decided to pursue a PhD. My PSW visa expires on the 5th of December. I decided to apply for PhD here quite late, because I couldnt decide if I should do it in the UK considering the money involved.
