the ressons are complicated,listed many ,like the form out date,visa expired ....

We have got letters to appeal after 7 months waiting :( ,anybody knows that we must do it with a solicitor?Or we can do it by ourseleves,ie ,DIY?many thanks

They don't qualify for ILR. They will need to apply for a Dependent visa first...from outside the UK.
