If you have been away for more than 540 days in the previous 5 days then you are not eligible to apply via form AN. You will have to apply via a different route. I think you will need to take an English test. India is not a national of majority English speaking country. It doesn't matter if your degree is part taught in English. hi wat is the option to select 1 among the options in meeting English requirement. passed life in uk in feb 2013 masters from India...

The new form has biometric pages for you to fill in. March 2015 is the correct version.

Based on what I have put: 1.22 - I did my BSc in the UK, graduated back in 2011 and received my IRL January 2014. You need the Life Test and the certificate as far as I know. You wouldn't need to convert to the silly UKNARIC. I didn't do an English test. My case worker from the NCS said it was fine....

For 10 years long residency, it is SET(LR). SET(O) applications are for for applicants applying before April 2013.
