The children are Indian, so we can use joint names on the visa to meet the financial requirement?. Plus I know this sounds daft but if there are only children coming over and no adult would it be the £22,500 that we would have to show as the form doesn't take in consideration only children.

ilr granted for a child under set m visa grantdd for 5 years

Hi I just have a question. My husband and daughter have just got their ilr visa a set m spouse visa. My husband got a 10 yr visa but my step daughter only got 5 years, is this correct. Hi,

I am British and my husband and step daughter are just coming to the end of their 27 month visa (old rules)
currently on a spouse visa, can you let me know what visa they both need for their leave to remain. I have tried reading up on here but i cant quite find the answer.

hi Just to give you all another update,

Hy husband went to the BHC with his passport at 8.30 this morning, they told him to wait until 3pm. At 3pm the passport was handed back with the visa inside.

Thanks to everyone for all your help and advise, this forum is so helpful..

My husband is submitting 2 passports 1 for him and 1 for his daughter, do they both need to be there when the passports are submitted, or can my husband submit both of them.

the reason for the refusal was the test results page for the A1 test was not given in, but the certificate was, they were satisfied with the pass etc, but still wanted the results page...
