Re: Last minute questions - ILR under TIER2

Hi,

I have my appointment next month too.

For 1, I believe it is your current salary (which should be backed up by a letter from your employer) and for 2 i believe it should be the date which the initial tier 2 was issued.

Hopefully one of the gurus can clarify for us.

good luck!

Re: SOC Experienced worker or not for ILR

haha :D

The reason i said that is because of the proposals to increase the minimum wage for ILR to £35,000 from 2016.

I just feel like there is a new hoop to jump through everyday..

thanks again for your response.

HO will look solely at basic rate of pay.
thanks. i suspect if i was to wait till next year my soc code for my job would have increased again.

Re: SOC Experienced worker or not for ILR

You are stuck on tier 2 until they uplift your salary to the appropriate rate as you have to submit the employer letter (which is making a false statement! ). and your most recent payslip and bank statement to prove receipt of the salary. So you can not get round the appropriate rate for the job at...

Hello Folks I am eligible to apply for ILR at the end of October (five years Tier 2 with the same company). My initial Tier 2 was granted at the end of September 2009, i then renewed it in 2012. I expected it to be renewed for two years, but UKBA gave me a three year extension. I was not worried at ...

hi dizzo

when you applied for your ILR under Tier 2, was it under new entrant salary or experienced worker? i am due to apply soon but i am not yet earning experienced salary wages after five years.

Re: New SOC Codes

Hi, I believe that you would fall under experienced worker since you have been working for 5 years in that field. Had you, for say, switched professions recently only then I can see the 'new entrant' applying. The reason I am saying this is because recently, when I requested for a letter my company...

Re: New SOC Codes

Hi Eddy

Thanks for your reply. I work 40 hours.

My main concern is if I will be classified as an experienced worker or new entrant when applying for the ILR.

It's really confusing.

Travel Dates, PEO booking

Hello folks

Does anyone know if there is any other way to get a list of my travel dates, My SAR is a mess and I can only find a few dates there.

Also, how long in advance do I need to book the PEO appointment?

Thanks

Sorry I thought that was a sarcastic question.

I believe if any application is refused for deception your existing right to remain in the UK will be revoked.

No need to respond if you only have negative comments to make, I don't recall mentioning anything related to deception..

Like I said I read it somewhere on this forum..
