Re: April 2015 Naturalization application Timeline ONLY

Has anyone received an approval from the April lot?

Noticing folks on March thread reporting their approvals who applied later that month, getting anxious :)

Applied on 01/04/15 (2 applicants)

And the wait goes on : :(

Re: MOST URGENT SOS PLEASE HURRY UP BEFORE I LOST MY SLOT

I dont know what the current situation is at Glasgow but last year my friend went there for his ILR (Emp + Self Emp) and they refused him saying they dont deal such cases. They offered him to accept his application as postal (with postal fee) and to be forwarded to the back office case workers in th...

Re: ILR Approved- Liverpool 25 April 2014

Congrats mate and welcome to the club :) I had a great experience at Liverpool PEO too. I disagree with your observation that every case is referred to a senior case worker. My case was not referred to anyone apart from the only one case worker who worked on my file right from the moment it was hand...

Re: Booking Peo Appointment with Multiple Cards

By the way have you read the guidance? I dont want to cause an offence but I have always found the policy guidance helpful and never really needed to ask questions unless in complete uncertainty. In addition I know how to argue on technical issues being a part of my profession. Yes I was on tier 1 G...

Re: Booking Peo Appointment with Multiple Cards

I would suggest speaking to your credit provider and ask them to increase your credit limit on the £5000 one, no harm in trying and explaining your problem. If you have been a good customer, they might do it for you even for a short period. The other option would be to withdraw cash from your credit...

Re: PEO Liverpool Success Tier 1G (Emp+Self Emp) with Depend

Hi again, Receipts are not necessary its just the way I operate my business. I issue an invoice giving the client 7 days to make payment. When the payment is paid in my account, I then issue a receipt on that date confirming the payment has been received. You are welcome and feel free to ask if you ...

PEO Liverpool Success Tier 1G (Emp+Self Emp) with Dependant

Hello folks, just to share my experience with you all, my ILR application was approved at Liverpool PEO yesterday with 1 dependant. Re: CLAIMING CHILD TAX CREDIT WHILST ON PBS DEPENDENT

Hello Help! My wife solely claimed for child tax credit as a single person whilst we're married. After two year of claming, they wrote to her to indicate that their records show that she was leaving with a man (thus me) and so they cancelled her child tax credit and ask her to pay £18,000. She has ...
