My advice is to keep checking online there is an error code 503 which apparently means an intermittent fault. I book appointments regularly for clients...you need to persever.
The message generated is incorrect. I have checked this with the helpline...this is because the system was developed by IT and they do not know the rules and did not check.

You cannot have two bookings in the same account. You can however register for multiple accounts with the same email address so theoretically...
