Hi I received approval on 14th October , nothing till now , but I have ringing my council this Friday and they told me to ring next week again as council receive delivery every Thursday weekly it can sadly take between 8-12 weeks for invitation to arrive . so max around jan time , I been waiting 6 ...

Applying while awaiting my proof of english test result

Can i submit my naturalization application while awaiting my proof of english test result? Did the test on Tuesday and awaiting the results. Am in my final year studying Nursing. I know have passed it. But can I submit online while am waiting for Trinity College to post my certificate?

Entered the UK 02/2010
visa expired 03/2010
Got married to eea citizen - 12/2010
Residence card granted- 08/2011
PR card granted - 10/2016

Please can someone advice when I can apply for my naturalisation. My friend is saying I can apply now but am not too sure. Really don’t want to waste money.

No it would not affect your right to PR. You can claim child tax credit also.

Sound to me like they've detained your passport and that only happens when they've refused someone. Did they return your passport along the ducuments? Because if they did return the passport that means your application was successful, and if not then it's unsuccessful which means they have detained your passport. You have more of relaxing to do, sent mine off same day as you. Though I sent mine off with postal order as payment method. I don't know if you still get an email for that. One have to be patience.
