I received my passport with permanent residence today! )))))

I applied for EEA4 on 22 december 2011 and STILL waiting!! Also i requested my passport 3 weeks ago and NOTHING! i sent fax, called 10 times, they sent urgent request and i am waiting now( I have flights coming up ..... Anyone know what should i do? It's worrying to hear that! It is close to 5 ...
