I tried option 2 and then 1, I am getting automated message saying they are unable to give an update for applications submitted under 6 months time and the call will end now.

I don't know if others have the same experience.

I have checked the guidelines myself but I am going to get the photo signed by the referee since NCS asked for it in the appointment confirmation letter.
