Re: failed asylum seeker

Well, when you applied for asylum you had an existing visa. One apply for asylum when there is a risk of persecution in the home country or something similar but yet you decided to go back. This may have cast doubt on the credibility of your application and any subsequent applications. i just need ...

Re: Entry refused at heathrow

It's a disaster and you have destroyed all your immigration history. Now, its really hard for you to get any UK visa in future, except some very special circumstances. Having sticker on your passport does not mean you have valid visa. You actually tried to enter in UK without visa. Whatever your int...

Anyhow, nobody can say anything until the application decided or you heard something from UKBA.

Re: cap rule?????????????

Usually refusal comes after current visa expired and I don't think its possible that she can switch to another category without valid visa. So she needs to leave UK and apply from home country.

Re: cap rule?????????????

According to me, she only got 1 more year to study at degree level.(i.e.Level-6). So if offered CAS is for one-year, than college is right about cap. If course is more than one-year, than college is wrong. Study Cap/Limits apply on each and every Tier-4 visa application where applicant studied in UK...

Re: Tier-4 Cap Clarification

Sorry had misread the advanced diploma part. You are correct it is not degree level so he has only spent 3 yrs at degree level so far. They are highly likely to heavily scrutinise his application given his history and there's a significant chance of refusal on credibility grounds. Thank you very mu...

Thank you very much for your reply. You mean Advance Diploma - Information Technology - 15 Month course will also count towards degree level? I am thinking that he spent total 3 years on degree level courses (MBA/MPhill/PhD) as per Phase-1 education history. 3 Extra month should not count towards li...

Now, every time you apply for any visa, they will just keep your visa fee and refuse your application with same reference and wordings. Of course they cannot impose any ban if you do not use any deception with current application. But they will not provide you any visa either.

Now, every time you apply for any visa, they will just keep your visa fee and refuse your application with same reference and wordings.

You are actually in big trouble! In simple words, if you disclose it, it's deception as you failure to do the same in past. And if you do not disclose it, it's deception in regard of current application. So pack you bags in either case. Everyone knows that UKBA are so strict on these issues and Soli...

As your CAS has been terminated/finished/cancelled, you have no rights to be in UK anymore.

So your stay is illegal now, if not, soon it will be! And it will destroy all your immigration history with UKBA. You should contact Home Office or leave UK at your earliest.
