Re: BC application - Doubt

Hey, Thanks for your reply, that link provided was useful, sad thing is it still doesn't give me a closure! Now assuming that I am going to go ahead with the application through my solicitor is that for real that the solicitor has to send of the passport with the application because I was of the opi...

Re: BC application - Doubt

Hey,

Thanks for your reply but you have mentioned that in the event of submitting an application for BC now and if it takes long, withdrawing the original application and resubmitting it again is a risky process, could you please state as to why is that so? Thanks once again.

Hello everyone,

I know this is going to be a shot in the dark but I was wondering if anyone has got a copy of an Flr(IED) form (ideal if its from circa end 2006)-this is just to see what questions it covers.....

Tier1migrant, are you suggesting that this database in Sheffield is somehow different to the one that was used at the PEO where the person who started this thread was refused? I doubt it! The UKBA system has him down as TWES and this has to be confirmed or corrected. It is not relevant that his own...

As suggested earlier, submit a subject access request - if you / your employer have no tangible evidence to prove that you then made an application for leave as a WP(B&C) holder. Guess that will be my next move considering im running out of options,How long do you reckon the turn around time would ...

TWES and Business and Commercial looks same on passport, is it worth taking risk of fee £2000 and trying by post or by person? If you wanna take a risk then best go to solihull as they dont char...

Re: TWES

TWES can be applied for maximum of 5 Years No, and for the OP to have been issued an entry clearance of this duration, in either the T or the WE category, would have been an error. For training (T) permits the maximum allowed was three years and then a necessity to remain outside the UK for two yea...

Re: TWES

Same form is used to apply TWES and WP. TWES can be applied for maximum of 5 Years and both Work Permits looks same on passport i.e. no mention of Training or TWES etc. Only the letter you received with WP states that you have to leave the country after your training (TWES). When you applied for IL...

As far as I can tell, a TWES could be no longer than 3 years, and you can only either come to UK after receiving this visa or switching into it from student visa, if you switched into it from say SEGS or PSW, then it's definitely Work Permit. And for Work Permit, you should have a Work Permit numbe...

Re: hehe

now you got me worried as well as i had a work permit. so i double checked whether mine is definitely not TWES. based on my research, had it been a TWEST there should be something marked on the letter saying "work experience scheme" or something like that, or if not in the letter it should be marke...

how can we verify what they are saying is correct? The question was asked in response to the question you posted! You cannot verify if UKBA is right when you know that they are wrong!! Do you or your employer have the WP authorisation letter on the basis of which you applied for leave as a WP holde...
