Has anyone ever included a second applicant on their online Naturalisation application? For some reason it does not ask this question for the second applicant: "At any time have you ever had any of the following, in the UK or in another country? When do you intend to bring your parent over? Thanks for your detailed response. I would like to bring them ASAP. Ideally, I would have liked to travel to them and start the process but it's been difficult due to the pandemic and Covid-19 restrictions. Can I make the application online from the UK ...
Hi, thanks for sharing. Did you start the application online yourself from the UK or did your parents have to do it themselves from where they are? Thank you. Hi. Would they need to apply for the EU family permit or the EU settlement scheme family permit? Do they need to ...

Hi, I have just completed and posted an application for EEA(FM) residence permit for a family member. I haven't slept a wink in 2 days trying to get THIS DONE. Now I have just realised that I have not completed page 96 and part B of page 100. I did not put a tick to say which evidence I was sending ...

Unforseen circumstances have made it difficult to pay before then. What I would like to know is whether the application would be accepted and whether explanation ...
Thank you both for your responses. If they were to return to the UK, at least a day before the resident card expires, would they be OK to board the returning flight without difficulties? Or does there need to be a minimum period?
EEA family member residence card is not a residence permit. It's not a visa and doesn't grant or confer rights. It is only the card which expires, and it is not even mandatory for direct family members. Thank you for your response. So does that mean their status does not change, only that the card ...
That is if you can make it onto train, ferry or plane in first place. The residence card would have already expired on the day of travel out of the UK. They would be returning from South America. Are you questioning whether he would be able to board based on his expired UK resident card? They didn'...
