Suggest point this out to HO as clearly not your error. If you have a copy of the form, send the relevant page to prove it if they ask. there isn't much you can do I am afraid. Sorry to hear that you are in such situation, but there isn't much you can do apart from waiting for them to action.

If you apply alone, they just check list to see if you have provided all the required documents for the application. They don't examine the evidence, just that it is there. If you apply together with the EEA national, they will usually issue a CoA when issuing the relevant document to the EEA natio...
