I had applied for the Naturalisation application on 24th Dec 2014 still waiting for approval letter.

We are going on holiday for 1 month. Is there any time limit that within 2 weeks from receipt of approval I need to book the ceremony.

status: application is under consideration

When I asked whether case worker is allocated or not : Office replied cannot say whether case worker is allocated or not since that information is not visible in the system, Service time is 6 months

Hi Mandyr,

These 1 yr rule is not mentioned in any document. The only rule I am ware is that exactly 5y yr from the date of application one should physically present in UK.

Can I apply for Naturalisation in Oct 2013 or I need to wait untill Jan 2014.
