Re: Successful PEO/PSC ILR applications

Hi all, Is there an average time frame of getting the BRP and documents back from a PEO application? I'm thinking of applying from Glasgow on the 30th of August and have a travel plan on the 12th of September. Is it too tight? Any advise / guidance will be very helpful... Frankly speaking, it is ti...

Re: Earnings of last 15 months

Also, if you entered UK on 25/12/2011 AND your entry clearance was issued less than 180 days before than you may be eligible to apply earlier based on the updated guidance. See Q.4 from the FAQ's http://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/faqs-for-ilr-tier-1g-tier-2-wp-hsmp-read-bef...

Re: Earnings of last 15 months

a) You mean 28/8/2015 to 31/5/ 2016 ? b) If your question is regarding specific dates, I believe UKVI strictly calculates days (inclusive) while considering the last 15 months earning period. IMHO, the 15 month period before your date of application should be 29/08/2015 to 28/11/2016. So, 29/08/2015...

Re: Successful PEO/PSC ILR applications

I would suggest keep checking a couple of days. Happened with me, I was looking for around 19th June appointments at Croydon, however, the system was showing no appointments available for next 42 days (while trying roughly between 1st to 16th June). Then suddenly there were a number of appointments ...

Re: How many months bank bankstatement do i need to submit

Overdraft should not be an issue as it is a credit agreement between you and your bank. And there is no requirement for funds maintenance. For annual earnings requirement, you need to show evidence from TWO different sources. For example, if you are submitting payslips (from employer) and HMRC lette...

I don't think it is needed to mentioned Dependent's ties. However, if your dependent is your partner you may specify the ties as they are your in-laws. (Just a suggestion)

Please see response from Croydon office to one of the members.

It is recommended to have an NARIC certificate. However, I would consider this response from Home Office and use the same approach.

Tier 1 General Migrant Dependent Funds Maintenance

They give a lot of surprises. I think each ECO interperates the law in his/her own way. So it is advisable to keep at least £2800 in your own account in UK or abroad. Your spouse can keep in her own account the remaining £1600. £800 is surely enough after 12 months of your arrival in the UK. For...
