I don't have the email handy but if you go 4-5 pages back on this thread you will find it. I don't think it was the email that made a difference, it was the letter and documents. I sent them to the Croydon address.

ILR received

Hi all, I received my ILR (Set O application) this morning. Wait time was 11w+2d weeks. I must add that I had sent an expedite letter and email and I believe that is what helped process my application faster. I have been an observer for the last few weeks and this forum has been very helpful.

Application submitted: 19/9
Acknowledgment letter dated: 21/9
Credit card charged: 22/9
Wait: ~ 8 weeks
