Re: Looking for further information

I am looking for any handbook, guidelines issued by HO or EC in context of public policy, public health or public security related issues in application. Public health is easily definable but what about others two. e.g there are guidelines issued by HO or EC when analyzing marriage of convenience. H...

In such scenario only court can overturn initial decision, simply there will be no any outcome either you contact to ecm or any other.

sad news as you are waiting from long time though, difficult to give you any suggestion on your simple mesagge but need exact wording of refusal. as you asked, 1 appeal the decision ? "(how long is process for appeal) depends on outcome from FTT, atleast 8 months or may be more 2 or re apply for eea...

if you have your lawyer talk with him first as you paid for services, secondly if i am not wrong you must inform HO if change address (may be somone correct me here) otherwise yes HO are correct as you are overstayer if they took decision and you didnt appeal within 28 days. this is my personal rese...

Check your court determination, if at the end judge ordered to respondent to award you fee then UKBA should return otherwise no.
Yes its simply on JUDGE DISCRETION.

in such scenario i should go for appeal, very less probability to get success fourth time even with all documents, most likely some other point to be raised for refusal.
appeal can take atleast 6 month or may be around 2 year. if decision is not according to law then only court can change decision.

@Graham Weifang Pleased that all things going smoothly but your concern regarding “We just don't feel it fair, to pay £55 for it..” Personally, I think question shouldn’t be fair or unfair but legal or illegal. For HO all policies are fair simply but I raised this fee related question to couple of E...

I agree with sheraz7, if authority delaying application unnecessary then applicant can officially lodged complaint otherwise under EU/ UK law there are flexibility and provisions if eco/case worker has doubt on marriage or submitted documents authenticity, authority can take extra time to investigate.

I assumed your appeal based outside the country application?
depends u had oral or paper based hearing?
and also depends on judge time schedule.
your appeal outcome should be with you now or may be next few days if heared on 16th Aug.
don't worries.

I don’t think having a good mood or big breakfast lead to success an application, but I do say having good knowledge should matter here. if eco refuse application then there are some check(s) to analyse application and eco decision as well otherwise most prob from court get powerful words. Every cas...

Hi all, Thought to share update with you, Received decision from UT and finally appeal allowed on paper based. Really appreciated UT judge, who read each single appeal paper and shows angriness on FTT not to look properly evidences at initial stage. Took time but worth it. Many thanks of all in putt...

Well, i think depends case to case, no one can give concrete answer. let say my personal experienced is within 5 working days (got answer twice) but remembered that case was not based on Singh entry. within 1 day, indeed impossible. And yes, should be FREE. I can assume decision could be little dela...
