Interview at Newport 12/12/2011, took only 2-3 minutes.
passport arrived next day 13/12/2011.
/end of Journey to British Passport.

Do they have to contact any authorities in the country of origin? If so, maybe it's the language translation that slows everything down. Problem here ! I Think Residential qualifying period for BC as a spouse to BC is 270 days in last three years and you will be away for 300+days

Just Ask Branch manager that his company is Vat registered. if yes than its ok. ( In Case Home office wants to verify Countersignatory, they will ask your countersignatory to reply on Company headed letter.)

hello Experts:
My collegue missed his upper tribunel court appeal (hsmp refusal) deadline due to some miscommunication with his solicitor. and didnt post the appeal papers to court .Its more than 5 or 6 months.
is there anyway he can get right of appeal again?
