I had fixed panelty in the last 12 months and I applied for (Nat) it was approved in 4.5 months time without any issue.

Booked my ceremony after 4 weeks of invitation letter with no issues at all. As long u book it within 90 days it's ok.

I m in the same situation LTR and wanted to book my ceremoney in the month of may and they tell me exactly the same thing that i can book my ceremoney from abroad or when i return to UK. 21 days policy is not a law its just to clear a backlog.so no worry.

You can not justify illegal entry no matter what you have done after entering illegally. You must come through proper procedure to enter UK. It may put question mark on your character and can be a ground of refusal.

My (Nat) has been approved with old expired IELTS that was used to obtain ILR.
There are few other approvals of members with expired IELTS.
No need to do new test

Anyone else awaiting for November approvals. I am still waiting for my decision and 4.5 months almost gone. Many people from December and January secured their approvals already but I am happy for them and pray for those who are still waiting.

If it's used in obtaining ILR then it is ok to use again I have also submitted expired IELTS recently and someone got success recently using expired IELTS. So it's good to go.
