Forget 5 years cap, the maximum period you can spend on student visa (either old or new) is 8 years and you already spend 9 years. So actually you cannot apply any UK visa in this student category anymore. Try to switch to some different category like Tier-1 or Tier-2.[/quote] Does Home Office ...
