Just another quick one: if my ILR application is rejected before my visa runs out, then do I only have until my visa expiry to leave the country?

Hi All, I'm on a Work Permit that ends Feb 2012 and I plan to apply for my ILR in mid Jan (no earlier than 28 days before the expiry) in person.
