I'm scheduled to travel on 18th July and my son's UK passport was renewed. I applied for OCI misc services to update passport but still waiting for updates. Can I still travel under this circumstances

You can travel with british passport with evisa. I did it twice and they did not ask for surrender details. The visa is for 30 days from the day you land in India. You have to return within the 30 days. PM me if you need more details

@Cr001: Thanks for teh reply. So ideally what I need to do is get the certificate and appy for BC passport and then once he is back , then apply for passport surrender. Any idea what else we need to carry so that there is no issue during travel.

Hi Are you sure about not being able to book a premium for flr-fp. I was able to select the category under the online booking. I'm going to meet a solicitor tomorrow and see what can be done. One last question

Is FLR-FP an option. Not too worried about permanent residency as of now. I have already booked a premium appointment and paid the fee. What should I do. Cancel and rebook as FLR fp or is it possible to convert on existing paid. the fee is the same
