However in quoted sections it's still there.

Private medical treatment overstayor

If we go to private medical treatment for someone who has overstayed, will they report it to UKba? Its very important and urgent as we got the meds from GP to start with through private prescription but now GP is refusing untill we speak to a psychiatrist. Patient suffers from Paranoid Schizophrenia...

If I applied for family visit visa.. will I apply the same for kid. As when I select child instead of family it doesn't let me apply. It says it's a child visa which can't be applied.?

I have just checked guidelines and it states that we can apply for surrender of Indian passport before aquiring UK passport. We just have to declare it seperatly that UK passport is under process. 2nd My child never had Indian passport and got UK passport directly. Can we apply OCI at the same time ...

I confused Bc with ILR.

There is no such requirement for BC .. Even if 5 years constituted 6 months visit visa.. she would have been okey! Thanks a lot Mehta Ji!

My wife came to UK as student in 2007. She got PSW valid till 21st Jan 2012. We got married and she left UK on 18th Oct 2011. She applied spouse visa in November and Got refused. I was told that I should wait till 18th September as this is when my 5 year as tier 1 will complete.

As per yourself I will be eligible from 23rd august coz this is when my ILR was granted...

Entered UK in 2007 as student.
PSWin 2008
Tier 1 from 18 Septmber 2009
AppliedILR 28 days before on 23rd August.

Can I apply ILR on 23rd August as it will be one year on ILR?

Do I have to wait for 18 September as thats when I got tier 1 general?

I actually found out that PIO can be applied in dubai as well! CGI website states that person needs a dubai residence permit.. However, Embassey in Abudhabi hasnt got anything like that.. So instead of applying in UK and taking risk of post.. its better to apply PiO in dubai itself and then move on ...

If I apply PIO card for my daughter today and travel to Dubai next week. Can my family send me PIO card to dubai by post when they get it(in 3-4 wks time) and I can then use that PIO card and travel to India from dubai? Please let me know!
