Yes, there is no expiry date for test certificates for naturalisation and as you ILR is after oct 2013 you can the option in 1.22

No there is no 1 day premium service for naturalisation

Your deposit must be protected by one of participating Tenancy deposit protection scheme. Find out who is yours and can use arbitrator of your scheme, it is free for tenant and less hassle I think.

thanks for the reply I have checked this list and I couldn't find EdExcel name in this, but I was surprised that organizations like LearnDirect are giving ESOL certificates awarded by EdExcel.....so how can they give their certificate when it is not accepted? It looks like edexcel is approved award...
