BRP Query

I have still not received BRP card for my dependents even after 10 working days.
I have written email to BRP delivery team but no response so far.

I have also called DX courier company. They do not have anything for me.

You have to mention SOC code as well in employer reference letter. SOc code has to compliant with new SOC guidelines.
