Hi all, I am currently in the UK on Tier 1 and would be apply for an extension in April 2012 and at a later date for PR/Citizenship etc. I was a lot relaxed until this morning - when i was stopped by the police and handed over a endorsable fixed penalty ticket, for having not obeyed the red traffic...

hello mate, from my experience, you do not need to mention it on ur application. i got 3points given to my feb 2010 by police and 6 points on july 2011 given in court. i did no declare it on my application which i made in oct 2011 and it was approved even though they said if you got points by court...
