The answer is No for both questions. but ensure you manage to book a slot in advance as they are limited. try finding a booking as from today. you will need your basic information (Full Name as in Passport, date of Birth etc.) for yourself and any dependants with you.

Good morning, I Entered the UK on a WP on 21/02/2007

Can you please advise when is the earliest date I can apply for ILR using the Premium route?
