Hi there as far as i can see its just a summon charges not civil penalty . If u find any update on it plz share .....

as far as i can understand WP holders no not need a letter from the employer.... as if u read the form carefully they mention about other categories but no indication about WP holders... (where they ask about the letter).. so i think no need of a letter from employer for WP holders... but if u need ...

i guess its not as they did not mention it for work permit holders .... on the form they mention for tier 2 but didn't mention work permit...

obviously seniors can give u better advise on that....
