as far as i can understand WP holders no not need a letter from the employer.... as if u read the form carefully they mention about other categories but no indication about WP holders... i guess its not as they did not mention it for work permit holders .... on the form they mention for tier 2 but didn't mention work permit...

Because my application was considered around 4 pm, they told everything is OK and will send the approval letter by post. No, the CW did not ask me any other documents (I had P60 etc.), just asked for "strongly worded letter from employer". Then CW went to get approval from senior officer, came back...

if you had them and you know about it then you should declare it. what happens if you don't declare them and they find out. that will be an issue then. what about parking fines and going into bus lane PCN are they comes under traffic offences which may effect ILR application as once my brother was ...
