Re: Comprehensive Health Insurance....HELP

thats the easiest thing

Just select a health insurance of your choice .

Even a basic cover is enough mine was 45 to 60 € you can pay more if you like more cover.
Just make sure it has "basic hospital cover" which means whenever you are sick they will pay you hospital bills.

good luck

Re: working while Apply for Retention

Keep your work out of this.

You are eligible to work as long as your permit is valid.

If you want to involve your employer in this . Well good luck because you will never get a letter saying that you can work or not .

Re: Non-EU family member consider to be a public threat by national law

If they are tagging your spouse as "threat to public security" it will tough for him to go anywhere in the west as he's trailing a past of criminal behind him. They wont even tell you everything (he could be even suspect for more they wont disclose easily) You need solid advice here Good luck

Re: Irish citizen return to Ireland after practicing treaty rights in other EEA state - confused about application

Why not apply as irish spouse. We moved to Germany in April of this year : This looks so short and it shows that you never intended to live in germany. They could bring that up as well. Now i dont know how long is long enough but 3 months using common sens looks more like an attempt to circumvent ir...

well i had to do it with EU citizen because i needed temporary stamp.

Forget about previous addresses update for the current one.

But i think you can do it alone just a a recent utility bill or bank statement in both names. They will tell you if eu citz need to come.

You must report change of address to the local police (as per law you could go to Prison for not doing they told  they only gave me a lecture). You have to Update EUTR + GNIB each of them only for address. For exemple one day at the airport they asked my address and it was not the same in t...
