If you don't have a passport the above mentioned method is a right pain. Well and as far as the fp case is concerned you will hear from them within a month the latest as long as you chase it up say month and a half the latest.

The least troublesome way for you to go back home get married and apply for a EEA family permit. No point wasting money on solicitors .

I appealed in may got a date in june as far as I can remember but i would suggest you print the photos. Mostly the home office presenting officer never turns up from personal experience ofcourse but then the judge will ask you a few questions that pretty much it. Its nothing major to worry about as ...

When I had appealed last year the barrister and the solicitor advised me to send actual pictures than CDs. Also while reading your earlier posts did you actually sent a cd of your actual wedding ?

Has anyone noticed this trend lately...Lot of the RC applications are sent out fast where there was NO COA. I do really feel for the December applicants...

It's very difficult to say which way it will go and as for expensive barristers and legal representatives they will milk you till you are dry(financially ofcourse) best way to go about it would be to get properly married and apply for r c .

Yeah tell me about it...it was very quick...i had to call a few times to chase up the COA but they said its not validated yet. When i called on wednesday they said that its validated and we will despatch it soon..i thought it was the COA but was a pleasant surprise.

Don't give up on the phone just yet. Keep calling them till you get a reply because ukba is very good at saying you called the wrong department.

I made a compliant on the phone and over the email, telephone no +914442192310 on a Friday and asked me to call back on Monday, When i did they said the decision has been made now and the passport is couriered to my address. The email address i wrote to was chennai.visaenquiry@fco.gov. UK. I did not...

When i made complaints with the high commission they said that they have conclude an application in 20 working days. Try calling them and try pointing this out.

I complained with all the Directives Article 5 -- Right of entry
And also The Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006 that you posted on another post...and voila its done the next day and the constant phone calls.

yeah there is enough history, Before i left uk there was a confusion with home office and got my paper work mixed up as the solicitors then dealing with the case forwarded my paper work and tickets confirming i was leaving uk. I left uk on 1 sept 2011 and the day before i had to call up the home off...

we got married in goa and we were there for a period of 3 weeks and she had gone back to uk. we been together for about 3 years as our relationship started back in 2008, we used to study at the same college and thats how we met.

we had been together for about 3 years but i didnt have the burden of proof that we were together for 3 years except for cards. we got married in this october 2011. my wife is in uk right now and yes she is been in the uk for the last five years.
