Re: Birth of a newborn in the UK on a visitor visa

Not an expert opinion but just some common sense

How will your spouse travel to UK with pregnancy even if have visa as airlines have certain restrictions? but once you are here, as long as you are willing to pay fees, you should not have any problem.

It is not as simple as you described. is it? The infrastructure has to be there to support growing/incoming population (which i...

Re: Passing citizenship to children if British by Descent

What do you think, what is the worst that could happen if you apply with 4 months salary slips? You will lose your fees and get rejection. I would take my chance and apply with 4 months. If you get rejection, apply with 6 months salary again. This is just my personal opinion. That’s exactly what my...

The answer is no (based on my experience). Only carry if your old passport has a valid (not expired) visa sticker on it.

Re: Anybody recently applied for visitor visa from Pakistan

Why not simply state your circumstances and that of the visa applicant? We don't need a general topic such as this one's heading as it quickly becomes convaluted and difficult to moderate. Search the forum, what you need to submit is the same for EVERY country. There are no separate requirements ju...

Re: Please, it's urgent. Passport and brp was stolen. Payment process for uk visit visa.

You may not understand the situation. There is no type of visa for replacement brp to entry UK. The link you gave me is useless because after report lost brp, it leads to the new visa application as the other cases. My friend did pay 100 pounds to uk home office solicitors to get advise. They sugge...
