My wife submitted her ILR(M) application via the settlement checking service on December 6th. At the end of the interview we were told that the waiting time was 'about six weeks'. My advice is not to freak out if the delay is so long. Many of us are in the same position! I suspect they have just not got round to looking at the applications!
