Date of receipt of application at PO:
When No SMS recieved
And you have used post office check & send.

Hester - if your ILR was on or after 28 October 2013, then you have to "tick" the box on the application form. Do you recall doing that? (some NCS gives a photo copy of that form too for your records ) and if you marked 'yes' then submit the same documents that you submitted for ILR again. Normally ...

Hi Vinny,
i am under similar situation.
i delayed journey, came 94 days late from visa issue date.
UKBA says upto 3 months delay is ok, but if i have 4 days more than three months will they consider this for ILR.
if no Please suggest the alternative
