Return BRP After ILR receipt

hi,

i have recently received my BRP as my ILR was approved. My Tier 2 leave is still valid until march next year. letter says to cut and return the BRP, is this a requirement which i must follow?

TIER 2 to ILR

Hi,

i am soon applying for my ILR based on 5 years of ILR. i was first granted Tier 2 on 02-03-2014.

1.Am i eligible to apply now based on 5 years?
2. do i need to provide 2 passport size photos as this is not indicated on the form anywhere?

ILR Letter from Employer about Abscence

Dear All.

I am due to apply for my ILR soon, do i need to provide a letter from employer about my absence from work if my absence do not exceed 180 days in continuous 12 months. only leave which i have ever used is Annual leave to visit my family in India.

ok i can request my company to increase my salary to 35500. what will be the salary for 40 hours? £35898.00 is my calculation correct.

I was intially granted Tier 2 G in 2014 (March). I am planning to apply for an extension now.

Can I apply for a 3 years extension? or Can I only apply for 2 year extension.

My employer is quite flexible and will be able to offer requested duration on the COS>

As you employer is willing to sponsor you, so you should go back to your home country and once he gets his license than he can sponsor you from there only.

as a new entrant your basic salary should be £24000/39 working hours per week.

Hi,

I am soon going to apply for Tier 2 Visa, i am maintaining funds in an instant saving account, I dont usually get paper bank statement.

Can I use Instant saving account statement to claim points for maintenance funds?
Can statement printed online would be acceptable for the application?

Yes you can apply and find another job, in that case your new employer need to apply for a sponsorship license for you and do your visa again.
