The letter of complaint above is great and to the point. A single letter will do nothing but dozens leading on to hundreds will. It takes time for these complaints to be processed. I called them today to request my partner's passport as he needs to go abroad for a school trip soon and they said my partner needs to call himself. thanks smz. hsmp2010 this will cost money to secure an IT system/manager etc. And this will push cost of ILR even higher. Applied on 20/9/2011 (ILR JR 3 dependents), recieved acknowledgement on 23/09/2011 and still waiting as yet.
I know its painful, but at least I will have saved £900 at the end of it(whew)
