An appeal can take moths. Reapply providing evidence the marriage is genuine (phone calls records, photos etc). I would add a cover letter addressing issues raised in the refusal. The UK doesn't recognise other member state RC for travel to the UK. However, depending on your nationality you might not need a visa to enter the UK. . Just a thought....
