You would need to provide more than a letter. Details of his tenancy or ownership would be mandatory. Was accommodation the only reason cited in the refusal? Thanks for your response. I can provide a letter from him along with the ownership document. Will that be enough? There was another reason fo...

is this date you came to UK the first time? If yes then you can apply after completion of 4 yrs and 11 months from this date as you have more than 90 days gap between the work permit date and the date you entered UK.

Hi, Is there anybody who knows if we can pay using Visa debit card at Solihull PEO? It is not mentioned in the form, but I have read in a few posts here where members have confirmed that they have paid using Visa debit but that was mostly at Croydon PEO. Just want to know is visa debit is accepted a...

you are well within limits as your total absences are less than 180 and you dont have any single absence at a stretch over 90 days. Not sure why your lawyer thinks you have a problem.

I am not sure if letter 1 is required. You could just get your payslips attested by your employer instead of getting a letter each of each payslip (im assuming thats what you are trying to do?)

Letter 2 looks good and covers required points.

In my view, the letter explained very well about my trip. Thats really surprising cos as per thier policy they will use thier discretion to disregard/agregate excess absences if they were for business reasons. i am in a similar situation with a business trip of 97 days at a stretch, my appointment ...

Did your company letter specifically address your absence of 120 days at a stretch and explain reasons why the trip was necessary for business?

> 90 days is difficult ( lawyers deem these cases to be too time-consuming to bother ) but certainly not impossibile. Best result will be approval after some weeks delay. Worst result will be an agregated period ( not really that bad ). If you go in with that approach and just ask the ask to agrega...

From what I know and having read a lot of posts on this forum, Multiple absences with >90 days could be an issue however there is possibility that the case worker will use discretion to disregard them if the absences were for business reasons and is supported by a letter from the employer. I have on...
