Re: Regd:ILR Fee Change and How to pay the difference!!!

I am assuming that the fee you need to pay depends on your appointment date, not the date you are booking the appointment. so, even in March, you will pay the fee which is effective after April, as the appointment date you want is 25th April. if you have to pay any extra amount, i think you will be ...

Re: ILR Success on 05/02/2014 - PEO Liverpool

Hi ilrtier1genral, 1. I was a salaried employee at the time when i applied for Tier 1 extension, and i submitted my 12 months payslips at that time. Not sure what you meant by ILR status. 2. Yes, i was self employed for 8 months, in the second year of my stay, which is almost 1 year before my tier 1...

5-Year employment history letter format

Hi, I requested the 5-year employment history from HMRC, and i got it last week. i want to use it for my ILR application. What i found was that the letter has only NIC payments details by tax years, no record or details of companies i worked for in those 5 years. So, i called HMRC to find out if the...

Re: Regarding Online Application

Yes, the category you are applying under for ILR is Tier 1, and in the next screen or the one before it, you mention the application you are making, which is SET (O) for ILR.

I applied the same way for my PEO appointment, and i think everyone did the same....

Re: ILR - Document and Question

Hi, 1) even i am going to apply for my ILR in february in person, and i am not using a solicitor. So cannot comment on this, i leave for those members who used a solicitor. 2) I think the case worker will ask depending on your application, and if he/she needs more information. And depending on my ne...

Re: Help on ILR application

Hi Vijay, I think you should be OK, and what UKBALovestory said is good; as the one absence of >180 days is outside your 5 year period. But in the SET O form, In Section 6, Page 14, you would still have to mention all the absences, even if they are <180 days. In Section 7, Page 19, you would have to...

From your subject of query, i think you are applying for ILR, and your points are based on the 12 months salaries you have drawn. Not your current salary. And for those 12 months, you have to submit the proof required, as mentioned in your application guidance. i am not sure what category you are ap...

Hi, I am applying for ILR under Tier 1 (G) early next year. And i had a query to those who applied for ILR with payslips recently. Thanks for the info Sonu!!!!

I have a last query - Is the 42 days given in any guidance as the earliest a PEO appointment can be made for an ILR?

I think the slots getting released at midnight is more from the experience of users. So, is the 42 days time also an unstated fact?
