I was at Solihull for 8.30 am appointment on 02nd December. Initially they said there are IT issues. However, I got by ILR approved by 1 pm and received BRP this morning.

I just checked pbs calculator and it is awarding 10 marks for the degree entered.

Sorry moderators for duplicating the post. I totally forgot I had one on this subject. On an other note, if we decide to apply my wife's extension through FLR, will IELTS suffice as proof of English language. She was taught degree in English. There is a maximum ceiling , I think it is £17800 pare annum. Talk to your accountant . They should be able to help for the charge you pay them.
