Re: RLMT requirements - No Salary

That particular change of employment was in 2015. Yes, just a bit above the rate of pay. When I did my change of employment, my employer put "Competitive" under salary and it was okay. Not sure if the rule has changed since then. Many thanks for your reply. When was your change of employment? Was yo...

Re: Change of employment near end of 5 years on tier 2

1. One month payslip 2. Nope, I only submitted my most recent P60. I only had to show the P60 when the case officer requested for proofs that I did not have up to 60 days employment gap 3. I used my P60. However, P45 is better. 4. I did not have any employment gap. My employments even overlapped as ...

Re: Change of employment near end of 5 years on tier 2

I was in a similar situation. I changed employment in my 5th year on Tier 2 (5 years and 1 month). I made a priority application for the change of employment. I initially got a letter that my application will not be processed within the stipulated time. Fortunately for me, my employer replied on tim...

We are still waiting for the outcome of his ILR application. However, this is the situation so far. After applying for the Tier 2 dependant visa, he did not do the biometrics as he was due for ILR before the 15 working days deadline given. Dependent extension then vary to ILR

I don't want to make a new post as I have similar issue as well. I am really sorry for this. Husband's dependant visa will expire 21st Jan 2018 but he entered UK on 6th March 2013. We plan to apply for an extension of his Tier 2 dependant visa on 19th/20th January and vary to ILR on 7th/8th February...

Re: Does working for employer prior grant of Tier 2 Visa affect ILR applications?

Even if the fact that you worked with Employer B is ignored, the more than 60 days gap between end of employment with Employer A (Feb) and application date (Aug) will result in rejection.

Re: Tier 2 - RMLT Screenshots, COS processing times, and SOC Codes. HELP!

Let's say that nobody even applied for the role, allocating COS on the day after advert expires will be suspicious as ideally, you are not meant to be considered until after the expiry date of the advert. How will you now prove that you were not pre-selected? I will advise you go for your holiday an...

If your current Tier 4 visa has not expired, you can start working for your employer until your certificate is issued. Once you get your certificate, you can then apply for your Tier 2 visa.
