If your Visa refused and all appeal as well suspended and If you applied for new Visa with different category than you not eligible for work until get decision- In this case you not allowed for work.

Got question behalf of my friend he got appeal dismiss by the Courts and his solicitor advised put fresh file for LTR(FP) as family route and still continue your work, is this true? its legally allowed?

yes, only required one envelop no need to send individual for each person but in your case if you returned to post office non used envelopes they will returned your money because you haven't used yet

There is a thousand's of case on pending minimum 2-3 months and maximum God knows, I know 2-3 people who are waiting since over the one and half years :wink:

No-Just one pre-paid sign-for envelop is enough for family members, mine was 2+2 submitted in only one envelop with covering latter. and all done now.

If you have sent already request for returned your docs. its take 1-2 weeks from your request received by HO one of my friend recently got his docs in 10 working days by second class Royal mail post.
