I think you should be fine. The police should have just giving you point and fine but if you are on international license, you will have to go to court. I believe it should go with Fixed penalty driving offence. Buy you can explain that you had to go to court for the point to be awarded as police ca...

Why did you allow it to get to court. You should have paid the fine without getting to court. Howbeit, what I know is that FPN are not convictions if not giving in court. Hence will be overlooked in you font have two within a year. Since yours got to court I cant guaranty it will be overlooked. Yes,...

Hi, I think the best thing is to call or email them to raise your concern and ask if you need to send a cheque as the money hasn't left your account. They will advice you on the best route to take or why the application hasn't been charged. It better than just sending a cheque blindly without knowin...

Hi, If you are covered by JR. All you really need is the last 3 mths payslips and corresponding banks statements to show you are economically active. Your last P60 could also prove you are paying tax. As advised in the forum, it is better to take more payslips and corresponding bank statement if you...

From what I've read on this forum, they are not too forcy about too many documents on co habitation proof on SET(O) as i...

I have been in this situation before. whay you need to do is to settle out of court. I paid £250 to settle out of court.

It is better than having a criminal record.
